Not possible. Voice recognizing systems or speech recognition utilities have limitations and technical drawbacks. The field of medical transcription is so vast that it is impossible to summarize the entire professional matter into any type of software. More over the field is ever changing and English is not the first language of most doctors in the USA, which makes voice recognizing systems and speech recognition utilities impossible to replace medical transcriptionists (humans).

We give 100% job assistance to all students who successfully complete their training within the stipulated time period which is 6 months from the date of commencement (enrollment)(Level A-3 months and Level B-3 months).The evaluation and certification of a candidate can be done even after 6 months (discretion rests with Transdoc) but no placement assistance will be provided in such cases.

 In medical transcription, we get paid for the number of lines we type. (65 characters=1 Line).  Even punctuations and spaces are counted are characters.  The quality or accuracy is another important factor.
 The doctors repeat almost the same matter in almost all files e.g. same kinds of instructions, same kinds of tests, same kind of treatment or medication, etc.  A smart MT, copies and pastes whole paragraphs from the previous files of the doctors in the new files, thus achieving more line count in very little time.
 By working smart, besides the typing speed, skills, techniques available, a MT can earn lucratively in very little time.
 The Income of a well trained MTs ranges from 15000 to 60000 per month or more depending on their sincerity and the number of hours they work.

Depends on the number of hours the candidate devotes to practice Medical Transcription and the sincerity level. Success is 99% perseverance and 1% intelligence.Approximately, it takes 1-3 months. A candidate (registered trainee) will have access to the training Level A and Level B for 3 months each.This period can be extended if the reasons for extension are valid and genuine but at the sole discretion of the Transdoc management team.

EVALUATION/TEST PATTERN

Duration:  3 hours

First Attempt:  Four files to be transcribed. (2 files will be from the practice files already given to the student/candidate during the training program and 2 new files)

Second Attempt:  Four files to be transcribed. (1 file will be from the practice files already given to the student/candidate during the training program and 3 new files)

The evaluation tests are always conducted on a Saturday (3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.)

What are your terms and conditions?

After joining the training program, students must sincerely complete the course.  We may ask the student to redo their assignments if the quality is not satisfactory (low accuracy). Medical Transcription is not easy and training requires sincerity and hard work.  Understanding the accent of the foreign doctors is a challenge and can be mastered only with regular practice.  On an average it takes 1-3 months to complete the training (depending on the grasping power of the student, sincerity, number of hours put in for practice etc).  The course can be extended further but at the sole discretion of Transdoc.

We do not sell or rent any hardwares, softwares, books, licenses or third-party apps and so will not take any claims or responsibilities of its usage, expiry, damage or warranties.  Students must make full effort to solve their computer/internet/hardware/any other technical issues from their respective sellers/vendors/computer engineers.

Because of our long term commitment of various payments and service agreements with various vendors, staff, trainers, web designers and developers, publishers, ISPs, hosting services, advertisers, recruiters, etc. and also fixed monthly overheads and recruitment cost for every student,  it is not feasible to refund the fees to students after joining or especially after providing technical support, after giving access to  MT training or after attending even a single class .  Students must agree to this clause to proceed further. No refund under any circumstances; if any issues arise, the Transdoc team will solve it to the best of its ability.

Transdoc will deal only with students in case of any issues /complaints/ concerns but not any of their representatives like relatives, friends etc.  All legal disputes with Transdoc are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.

Transdoc assures you 100% job assistance (either home-based or company based across India) subject to successful completion, evaluation and certification of the training course. We will send you the certificate via courier after the successful completion of the course and successful completion of the final theory and practical tests or evaluation.  Refresher Course students cannot avail placement and other benefits as they are not our regular students.

The students should practice sincerely and appear for an evaluation test (classroom or online) within 4 months from the date of commencement of the training course.  The students are instructed to appear for their evaluation only after proper practice since there are related costs involved and it is time consuming.  The students can be re-evaluated once again at the sole discretion of Transdoc if for any reason they are not up to the mark.

The students/candidates have 2 chances to appear for the test/evaluatioin.  If the student/candidate cheats in any way in the 1st chance (attempt) then he/she will be disqualified for the 2nd chance (attempt). (Eg:  Copying and pasting from the practice files, getting someone else to do the test files, using voice to text softwares, etc).  In such cases even if the 2nd chance is given to the student/candidate which is at the sole discretion of Transdoc then no job assistance will be given to the student/candidate even if the student/candidate passes/clears the test. This is to ensure a moral code and to avoid malpractices.

Students must work sincerely once they start actually working in a company and not quit abruptly and unprofessionally without intimation as the reputation of Transdoc is also at stake. They should appear for the job interview or give online interview or test which Transdoc arranges for them. If a student/candidate fails to qualify for the job because of a genuine problem, Transdoc will make a second attempt. (2 job placement attempts will be made by Transdoc).  A third job placement attempt can be made but this discretion solely rests with Transdoc.

Students must take all the necessary steps to arrange a proper infrastructure to study and work from home eg: at least 2 Gh intel PC,1 Gb Ram, foot pedal (optional), headphone, broadband internet with at least 1 to 2 mbps speed, internet security tools like Norton or e-scan, etc.
